Rossi Yamaha R1 Special Edition, created to raise funds

Foto ©:  Friends of Riders for Health An original copy of Yamaha R1 2009, decorated with Valentino Rossi's special graphics, Five Continents, will be auctioned for the organization Riders for Health.

The bike, donated by Yamaha Motor USA was created by Friends of Riders for Health, a nonprofit organization in California, in order to raise funds for Riders for Health charity organization and increase its reputation in the U.S..

 


Besides great graphics, created by renowned designer Aldo Drudi, Superbike site was accesorizat many aftermarket parts in as: Roland Sands aluminum wheels, Akrapovic Evolution exhaust system, K & N air filter, fully adjustable suspension from Ohlins and multiple carbon fiber accessories, all donated by their manufacturers.

Project leader Don Emde, owner Parts Stores, said the bidding was not intended motorcycle in a hurry, for it can receive proper exposure, so the auction date and location have not been established. Emde said that he would like anyone can bid on the bike and that more details will be announced soon on the website of the organization.
