Relaunches legendary Kawasaki Z1000 a completely new for 2010. New streetfighter is designed from scratch, not having anything in common with the current market model.
Instead of focusing on speed and extreme performance, the development of the new Z, focused on pleasure Kawasaki Motorcycles pilotage a street. Another followed was to make a strong visual impact as well. The Japanese managed to accomplish the difficult task of improving the design view of the Z series, making it now not only more aggressive but also more dynamic.
If from 2007 until present Z1000 was equipped with a propeller of 953 cc, now Japanese engineers have developed a new four-cylinder engine but by 1043 cc. It develops 138cp and 110 Nm, values significantly higher than those of the old propeller.
Especially for the new Z, Kawasaki has developed a new aluminum frame and, more compact and 30% more rigid. This resulted in better mass centralization, the bike is now more agile and having a better and more precise handling. Full weight is 218kg, 221kg respectively for the ABS version.
