Honda today announced a series of updates that will be present at the 41st edition of the Salon Tokyo Motor Show. This includes both series models, concepts and prototypes that will enter into production.
The most important new Honda VFR 2010 is definitely the new 1200F (photo unavailable). It will be present both in the manual transmission version and in the dual-clutch transmission, recently presented by Honda. CB 1100 is another pleasant surprise from the list of Japanese producer, which will be released in version of the series after it was presented as a concept in 2007, the same room.
CB 1300 range will be present with updates including NOTAM Super Touring version, equipped the factory with side bags. Another new model will be presented is VT1300CR cruiser, his replacement VTX 1300, which has many design elements in common with the new VT1300CX (Fury). Touring version of the controversial DN-01 will be presented as a concept, perhaps to test the market's reaction. It has several high windscreen and side bags standard.
Last but not least, Honda will present two concepts of electric scooters: EV-Cube, a successor to the legendary eco-Neo Cube and Eve, an electric scooter with a real chance to go into production in the near future. We will come back with more details for each model separately, after the official launch.
Organized by the Japan Automobile Manufacturers Association, the 41st edition of the Salon International Tokyo Motor Show will take place between October 24 to November 4 at Makuhari Messe center in Chiba city, situated 40km from Tokyo.
