Honda today unveiled the popular 2010 version or allrounder CBF 1000, having received a complete face-lift but many technical improvements.

From a technical standpoint, the model has a new aluminum frame. The engine, derived from the CBR 1000RR, has an increased compression ratio (from 11.0:1 to 11.2:1) and now offers 107cp at 9000 rpm and 96Nm at 6500 rpm, plus the 9 horse power while torque is with 3Nm higher. Injection PGM-FI has been optimized, resulting in a drop of 7% in fuel consumption. Chapter comfort windscreen is adjustable in four positions, the difference between the lowest and the highest being 120mm. Adjusting is easy, without the need for special tools. CBF has been a new adjustable in 3 positions. This can be lowered or increased by 15mm to 795mm in standard position. Handlebars is sufficiently high to allow an upright steering for more comfort.
CBF 1000 2010 is available in four colors: Pearl Nightstar Black, Quasar Silver Metallic, Cool White Pearl and Pearl Amber Yellow. All versions have the engine, engine covers and wheels painted black. On the list of optional accessories which are found numerous touring improving the new model.
