Big Dog produced a single motorcycle in its first year, affectionately known as "Old Smokey"; its over-sized fenders and classic cruiser style would point the way for all of the company's later products. By 1997, the company had reached $2 million in sales, and in 2000, the company had expanded so much that a move to a new, 110,000-square-foot (10,000 m2) factory and world headquarters (since expanded to 175,000 square feet) was required. As of 2007, the company had over 100 associated dealers, and employed over 300.

Triumph Bonneville T100

60 Years: helmets were not mandatory, there were cameras and glasses look good. Adding subtle design changes of Bonneville, T100 a particularly where it connects to the appearance of classic 'deluxe' speed motorcycles in the '60s.

865 cc engine provides parallel bicilindru a throaty acceleration, amplified by discharges in the form of Flint. T100's chassis gives road safety, effortless cornering and excellent handling, as would be expected from a bike derived from Boneville standard. Also, with two-piston calipers operating on front and rear discs provide excellent braking ability.

Ohlins suspension was replaced with a 43mm Showa fork and a Sachs shock absorber, both are adjustable for preload, compression and recovery. Carbon fiber parts were replaced with plastic and the wheels are magnesium but not aluminum, like the engine covers.
